This is a one-on-one session via video or in-person. The private pay rate (if not using insurance) for an intake session is $140, and each session following is $110.

I accept a variety of insurances, including Aetna, Cigna, Rocky Mountain Health Plans, and Medicaid (RMHP only). If you choose to use insurance, you may pay a co-pay or pay the full rate of sessions toward your deductible. Some insurance plans fully cover mental health treatment.

I offer a few sliding scale spots as needed. A sliding scale allows you to pay a lower rate for therapy based on income. The sliding scale rates can be negotiated with me in the consultation call.
